This patch provides support to update and add SFL images for the 
following:

    Enhanced SFL only:
        - ep4sgx180        
        
    Enhanced and Legacy SFL:
        - ep4se230
        - ep4se360
        - ep3c1s150
        - ep2agx95


Caution - You must either have previously installed the Quartus II 
          software version 9.1 SP2 or must install the Quartus II 
          software version 9.1 SP2 before installing this patch. 
          Otherwise, the patch will not be installed correctly and 
          the Quartus II software will not run properly.
