Description:
25G Ethernet Intel FPGA IP is not supporting Stratix 10 ES1 and ES2
devices. These devices are the early engineering sample for Stratix 10
silicon where the timing is not optimized.

In order to get full official support for 25G Ethernet Intel FPGA IP,
please use Stratix 10 production silicon instead.

This is an restricted patch to enable 25G Ethernet Intel FPGA IP in
Stratix 10 ES1 and ES2 devices. The patch should be used for
experimental or testing purpose only and should not be used for
production purpose. Timing closure for 25G Ethernet Intel FPGA IP in
these devices are not guaranteed and usage is at user's own risks.

Caution - You must either have previously installed the
          Quartus Prime 18.1 software or must
          install the Quartus Prime 18.1 software
          before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will
          not be installed correctly and the Quartus Prime
          software will not run properly.
