What are you seeing?

The display of the Intel® Compute Stick will turn off after several minutes or hours of being used.


How to fix it:

To fix the display issue of Intel® Compute Stick, follow the steps below:

  • Try a different power adapter or display to ensure they are not causing the issue
  • Power on with and without HDMI extender
  • Plug in the Intel Compute Stick into another TV/monitor
  • Update the Graphics driver
  • Perform BIOS Recovery
