Description

Cannot load Windows* due to a Blue screen error -- blue screen of death

Resolution

 Troubleshooting:

  1. Update to latest BIOS version available.
  2. Confirmed the drive has the latest firmware from the manufacturer  
  3. Test a different SSD or hard drive
  4. Re-install Windows with a new OS image on a different flash drive
    1. Download Windows® 10
  5. Test different memory and confirm that it is supported
