This paper provides an overview about the capabilities and performance of the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) features now available in the Intel® Data Center Flex Series and explores various VDI usage cases, including end user experiences, GPU utilization, hardware encode scalability using SR_IOV, VM density and total cost of ownership (TCO).
