2.2. Installing the Subscription Edition of the Intel® Quartus® Prime Design Software

The Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software provides the necessary tools used for developing hardware and software for Intel FPGA devices.

Included in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software are the Intel® Quartus® Prime software, the Nios® II Embedded Design Suite (EDS), and the Intel FPGA IP Library. To install the Intel development tools, download the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software from the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition page in the Download Center of the Intel website.
