INTERNAL-MPI [on|off]

Description

Allows tracing of events inside the MPI implementation. This is enabled by default, but even then it still requires an MPI implementation which actually records events. The Intel® Trace Analyzer and Collector documentation describes in more detail how an MPI implementation might do that.
